Job Profile

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate the following skills, attributes and experience:

Should have 1 to 2 years of experience of working for Voice based Technical support in an IT Service provider / outsourcing project environment.
Ability to work under pressure and to Service Level Agreements in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptable to multitasking environment, process oriented.

Commitment / flexibility (late night and weekend work is quite often required due to nature of the business)
Strong Customer Service attitude; builds lasting client relationships, strives for efficiency and effectiveness.
Knowledge / hands-on preferably for Desktop support, Windows Active Directory, Citrix, Network & hardware.
Adaptable to fast paced environment and grasp concepts quickly.

Certification/ Trained on any of these - MCSA, MCSE or MCITP preferred.
